Summary

Technical founder building agent systems on Claude: a control room for Claude Code agents, an MCP memory server, approval and review gates. BSc Computing student.

Projects

Agent Floor: a control room for a team of AI agents

Electron, React, Node.js · private repo · case study

  • Built a desktop app running Claude Code, Codex and Grok agents as CLI sessions, reachable by phone; an agent can also get a Docker Linux desktop. Over 1,300 automated tests; releases ship with a rollback.
  • Fixed a context bug after a model switch: the persona and status card still named the old model, and the resumed Claude Code session replayed its first system prompt. Each turn now carries a "who is speaking" card built from the live roster, with the prompt snapshot off (lab build).
  • Added an approval gate for risky actions, then ran a multi-agent review showing the agents are not yet sandboxed (they run as the user; enforcement is off by default). It recommended a fail-closed authorise check and an emergency stop the UI cannot clear, not an agent framework. Design stage. No outside users yet.

mesh-memory: an MCP memory server for a fleet of agents

· TypeScript, SQLite FTS5 · case study

  • MCP server giving agents across the fleet one keyword index over shared notes: token auth, gitleaks redaction before indexing, a recall@5 test set (9 of 10 at build), fixes from an independent security review.

ClipShot: open-source screenshot tool for Linux

· Python, GTK4 · github.com/florinhrib/clipshot · MIT licence

  • Wayland-first capture tool with OCR, an annotation editor, a clipboard daemon run as a systemd user service, an optional GNOME Shell extension and a distro-aware installer. Core modules are tested headless with pytest.

Client-photo workflow for a former UK trades client

· Python, headless Claude (claude -p)

  • Six-stage workflow turning job photos into draft social posts, gated by a separate Claude judge (rubric and hard-fail rules) and human approval. Dry-run tested; never went live, and the client relationship ended.

Experience

Founder, Florin Studio (self-employed), London Area, UK

- present

  • One-person studio building websites and AI agent systems on Claude; built the studio site in React and Vite.
  • Runs research teams of Claude Code sub-agents: researchers and adversarial reviewers, with cited sources. In a 13-agent email-gateway study, all six reviewers found the same flaw: no process boundary between agent and mail credentials.
  • Designed and ran a cost-capped agent team: headless claude -p workers share one cached prompt (94% cache hit on a test relaunch) with a cost ledger. Escape test: commands could not write outside their folder, read SSH keys or reach the network.
  • Runs a macOS and Linux fleet on Tailscale (Docker, systemd, launchd); keeps secrets out of code and config.

Founder, PlatterJoy, UK

-

  • Founded and ran a catering business making charcuterie and grazing platters for private and corporate events. Built its website and online ordering. Wound down to focus on the studio.
